Vince Del Monte talks about the importance of a nutritious meal plan, which involves being cautious of what you are eating on a daily basis as you try to live a healthy lifestyle. Breakfast dishes that burn fat include bread that doesn’t contain any sugar as well as either a Vegan French toast or waffles with some nonfat yogurt and a fruit. For lunch, eat certain vegetables that burn stomach fat, such as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage, and asparagus.
